Young People's Information

Youth Aspirants works with young people, including some who may be under the age of 18.

We recognise that children's and young people's personal information requires particular care. We aim to explain clearly why information is being collected and how it will be used, using language appropriate to the young person involved.

Where appropriate, we may also involve a parent, carer or other responsible adult, particularly where this is necessary for safeguarding or to provide appropriate support.

The safety and wellbeing of young people is important to us. If information raises a safeguarding concern, we may need to share relevant information with appropriate people or organisations in order to protect a young person or another individual.
